Partnerships Manager
We are looking for a talented, creative, hard-working Partnerships Manager to help us strengthen our Partnerships front; improving our partners’ experience and increasing revenue growth generated from our eCommerce relationships.
Who are we?
Rise.ai is a leading eCommerce Store Credit & Gift Cards solution that powers direct-to-consumer brands such as Skims, Allbirds, Fenty Beauty, Universal Music Studios, and Kroger. Our platform is designed to manage and optimize all store credit activities – gift cards, rewards, loyalty programs, refunds, cashback, etc.
Responsibilities:
As a Partnerships manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Hands-on involvement in Rise.ai’s affiliate program expansion.
- Primary contact for partners, responsible for leading ongoing communication and accountable for driving solutions and fulfilling company needs.
- Continually optimize the online conversion funnel to maximize partner recruitment across Rise.ai’s markets, as well as to ensure high-quality leads.
- Collaboration with our marketing team and cross-functional teams, coordination of activity with other channels, and support of our goals through affiliates and partnerships.
- Identify, report, analyze, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and implementing them as needed.
- Become familiar with the products, services, and businesses of our partners and maintain a solid understanding of their offerings.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a client-facing / Partnerships / Business Development role in a SaaS B2B company – a must.
- English: Native level, excellent in writing and verbal communication – a must.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills – People Person.
- Problem-solver, independent and agile.
- Availability to travel on a regular basis.
- Proficiency in web development projects, analytics and tracking, CMS platforms, and API calls – an advantage.
- eCommerce background or experience with eCommerce brands – a big plus.
